The implementation service involves putting the project plan into action. It’s here where the project manager will coordinate and direct project resources to meet the objectives of the project plan. Delivery Management is a much broader scale of project management. Its here where the organization, administration and supervision of the people, processes, and technologies, which when combined into a comprehensive plan, provides industry leading businesses and technical functions the ability to successfully achieve what a client expects to be delivered ranging from Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations based on the shared knowledge the team has.

Optimisation and Enhancements is an area where we can look to streamline and future proof some of the systems and processes that are historically embedded into a business in addition to enabling new functionality to further streamline the existing processes.
