Global Head of Axxsys
Nick is an experienced leader and a long-standing member of the Alpha Group Executive Team. Nick has over 20 years experience in consulting to the Global Asset and Wealth Management industry. He currently serves as the Alpha Group's Chief Commercial Officer, as well as leading the Axxsys and Lionpoint Divisions within the Alpha Group. Nick works closely with the Axxsys leadership team to as we continue to grow and evolve the business.
Chief Innovation Officer
Peter is responsible for leading the innovation culture that has set Axxsys apart from its competitors. Peter will focus on developing the business and quality of delivery to clients. This includes growing the accelerators and developing strategies to ensure our clients reap the expected benefits from engaging with the Axxsys team.
Peter is one of the original owners of Axxsys, and is an experienced leader facilitating organisational and business change in the investment management industry. During his career he has been responsible for corporate and business unit strategy, and involved in multiple end-to-end implementations, for asset owners and asset managers.
Peter is based in our Copenhagen office.
Head of Europe
As Head of Europe, Jubin leads the Business Development across the region, executing our European growth plans and bringing our expanding range of services to our investment management clients.
Jubin has over 25 years of international experience in advisory, design, implementation and managed services, transforming business and technology across asset managers, investment banks and various financial services institutions. Jubin was previously a partner at Deloitte Consulting, and also country manager at Infosys.
Jubin is based in our Amsterdam office.
Global Head of Data, Cloud & Reporting Services
Gaurav leads the Data and Cloud Technology Service line expanding the range of services offered to investment management firms globally.
The service line focus on supporting firms delivering data and cloud-based services working with software such as Snowflake, and Data Architecture, reporting & visualization. The team are industry professionals with extensive domain experience together with deep knowledge of the leading platforms.
Gaurav was with Cognizant for almost 20 years, most recent as Client Partner where he focussed on Cloud Adoption and Data Modernisation, for large financial institutions in the US market.
Gaurav is based in our Boston office.
Global Head of Investment Management Technology
Paul leads our Front Office Technology service line, working with Bloomberg, Charles River IMS experts and other platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin. Paul uses his extensive knowledge to directly consult to clients on best practice that will add significant value to implementations and management of Front Office tools.
Paul brings 18 years’ experience of leading transformation engagements in the Financial Sector. Paul was previously at Accenture, and prior to that Charles River, Daiwa Asset Management and Brown Brothers Harriman.
Paul is based in our London office.

Klaus is an experienced, dynamic and resourceful leader, with nearly 25 years of experience in finance and technology. His analytical skills and holistic view, combined with his ability to look through complex problems, will help to obtain both clarity and insight into your operating model and system implementations.
Klaus has consulted Pension Funds, Insurance companies, Fund Administrators, Private Wealth Management and Institutional Asset Managers, and during his career, Klaus has worked at leading sell-side, buy-side and technology companies.
