Axxsys Consulting, a Management and Financial Technology consultancy, are announcing the appointment of two new Directors.

Axxsys are pleased to announce that Klaus Krarup and Keld Jaksland, have joined the company as Directors.

Klaus Krarup comes with 25 years of experience from the Financial sector, working within Asset Management, Banking, Pension & Insurance and as well as Financial Technology vendors. Klaus’ most recent position was at PFA Asset Management, where he was the Head of Fund Management & Investment Technology.

Klaus Krarup will be responsible for working with Axxsys clients on strategic initiatives, working within Client Management on large change projects, as well as other strategic focus areas, such as requirements for IBOR, alternative investments, IFRS, MiFiD II, Solvency ll and their impact on operating models, procedures and systems.  Adding to this, Klaus is going to be deeply involved in Axxsys’ expansion to the Nordic region and mainland Europe.

Keld Jaksland has 25 years experience in the Financial sector, as Project Manager and Principal Business Analyst.  Keld has worked for Axxsys for the last 4 years project managing large Asset Management and Data Change programmes.

Keld will be responsible for the quality assurance of our consultant’s delivery across Axxsys’ different practices, including our Business Integration, Data Management, Regulatory and Hedge Fund practices.
